We, the government, communicate with our inhabitants by digital billboard screens. They are several screens placed in the cities on the most important locations.

The message will be announced by a piercing alarm. When the inhabitants hear this, they must come outside their homes immediatly to watch the announcement.  

 

When there are no special messages, the screen will show the most wanted criminals in Narkistan.
